Our role is to provide a clear framework, control points, and rigorous execution.
Internationally
Internationally, Arkhonte supports French and European companies in their development in foreign markets, including demanding environments. We leverage an international network and a skilled networking capability to facilitate access to the right contacts, conduct negotiations, and secure transactions (contracts, payments, due diligence, and compliance), while deliberately maintaining discretion regarding our methods.

A former state administrator and elected official, Alain Duprat is a leading expert in territorial policy, strategic urban planning, and economic development. Holding a postgraduate degree in spatial geography and having attended the IHEDN (Institute for Advanced Studies in National Defence), he has over thirty years of experience in the design, securing, and development of complex projects in France and internationally.
He works at the interface between public and private stakeholders in the fields of land-use planning, real estate development, infrastructure, the environment, commerce, and urban services. His expertise notably covers West Africa, the inter-Caribbean region, as well as the Pacific and Indian Ocean regions.
Within the firm, he leads strategic governance, territorial analysis, institutional relations and value creation projects with a strong public and economic dimension.

A recognized expert in strategic investigations, Jean-Christophe Aru has dedicated more than 35 years of his career to protecting the economic and strategic interests of organizations.
Founder and head of INVESTIGA-FRANCE, a leading firm in business investigations and strategic auditing, he assists executives and institutions on sensitive cases related to fraud, economic intelligence, cybercrime, counterfeiting, unfair competition and compliance.
An auditor at the IHEDN, trainer and university lecturer, he combines strategic vision, field experience and the structuring of security systems.
Within ARKHONTE Consulting & Partners, he leads the activities of strategic investigation, economic security, compliance, crisis management and protection of intangible assets.
Jean-Dominique VENTURINI
